Very friendly staff. Large variety of food options. On karaoke night the music is WAY TOO LOUD so we refrain from going on those nights because It's simply not a place where you can pleasantly communicate with people in your party. In fact, It's difficult to even place your order with the waitress.

Every time I come in I sit for quite a while to be recognized. They take forever to get my order. I've actually watched my other family members get their food and finish eating and I am waiting for my order to be taken, or waiting for it to come out. Keep it.The food is bland to me without a lot of flavor. I was there tonight for a birthday. Same experience, different day. I can and will spend my money elsewhere. And no, I don't leave a tip for this type of service.

Alpha Gal Syndrome people! ... so far, this is the only mexican restaurant my husband can eat at. The owner was/is very helpful in helping him learn what foods he can, and shouldn't eat there. Everything I've eaten there so far has been delicious. We LOVE their chips! They are so fresh. We also love their salsa, it's mild but still has 'flavor', we don't like extra spicy foods. Give it a try!

Our family went there to have a meal on a Sunday afternoon. The food and service were fantastic! This will become our new meeting place which is halfway between where we all live.

Had good service and nice dinner before seeing a concert at the Beaver Dam Amphitheatre. We choose the two entrees for $14 which includes drinks (except we had already ordered margaritas so we didn't get the drinks). I had a tamale and an enchilada, the poured cheese dip sauce all over the entrees, which was tasty but I like the traditional sauces. Salsa was delicious and fresh! Margaritas were served in ice cold mugs but they were not great.

Enchiladas are my favorite food and they weren't cooked all the way. They put too much red sauce on them also. I've definitely had way better

We eat here quite often and always have a good experience and good food!!!I'm not sure why someone gave Los Mex only one star, but seems odd that, as they stated, if they were told they were going to be "rushed on their way," then why would it take them 40 minutes to get there food?!?! I have NEVER had a bad experience at Los Mex!! Love this restaurant!!

Absolutely some of the worst customer service in the restaurant industry. I was placed in the back room and the heat was turned off. I had to wear my jacket while I ate. The temperature was 66 degrees and dropping. I had to walk to the front of the restaurant to request some more tea. We won't discuss the unusually high prices. I came up here from South Carolina to look at purchasing a house, I now know where I will not be eating at when I do.

My husband and I live near by. If you like bland food covered in cheap melted cheese then this is the place for you. the steak was overcooked, the salsa tasted like water despite the appearance of having cilantro it didnt have the slightest hint. the tortilla of the burrito was soggy and floppy. we ordered the el burrito grande. the only taste was of the cheap cheese and the bell peppers (which if they were sauteed it would have been for only a split second). the consistency was soaked tortilla and dry meat. Nothing on our plates was seasoned. The only reason this deserves one star was that our meal came out piping hot and fast as hell.
